I got a call from a recuiter from Dallas, TX to interview for and Associate Branding position for Nokia in Miami for the Latam market. They left me waiting for 1 h until the found my interviewer and then interviewed for about 45 min. Very brand oriented. 50% travel to EU and LATAM.

initially I'd a telephonic interview in which they asked me about SS7 related questions and the projects I'd worked on. IN F2F interview I went to bangalore where I was asked questions on SS7, IN , SIP and c++ questions.

It was not very difficult. Just plain question of 3G mobile networks structure, SS7 series (both core network and access network) protocols and previous project experience. Only 2 interviewers in total. One of them is the project manager, the other is the hiring manager.

Very friendly to candidateds and are not too diggressive .
Focus is mainly on what you calim as your area of strenghts.
Good management Team .

I was referred to the position by a colleague.
Following a phone interview I was invited to speak 1:1 with three different managers.
Mostly questions about prior experience and if I was truly interested in the position.
Best advice is find someone in the company that you know can vouch for you. It is very difficult coming in as an unknown.
