Interviewed in Nomura's NYC office in the middle of the financial district. I had three 1-on-1 interviews, each was 30 minutes long. They were each with a different person, and all went smoothly. The third person was a more senior employee who seemed to be very busy and had not yet read through my resume, so I had to walk him through my experiences and basically tell him my whole story from scratch. Overall, I thought I connected well with all the interviewers, but unfortunately received no offer.
Some of the interview questions were tricky and required me to remember details about my accounting and finance classes at college. One interviewer asked me to describe how all of the main financial statements would react to a change in the number of units sold for a particular company. I got the question right, but initially made a mistake that I had to notice and correct. Other questions were mainly personality-based, and asked about my personal career goals and interests.

On-Campus Interview. Was a mid-level employee. Asked tough questions like what steps would I take to create a used car company? Asked a lot about the causes of the European Debt Crisis. Asked about interest rates and mortgages. Not a lot of resume questions. He wasn't too friendly but was excited about the firm.

Round 1 oncampus with 2 associates. Very friendly, mostly behavioral, some basic technicals of accounting and valuation.
Round 2 in NY: 3 half hour rounds with associate, and VPs. Behavioral mostly, some technicals on accounting and valuation, and asking questions.
Networking event after the interviews with some associates.

was called to office for a 2 hour interview with 2 guys, both very friendly. the first one is more computer scientists and asked a lot about programming and problem solving. The other one is kind of mathematician and focused on maths side, asking a lot of brainteasers which are not hard though.

The campus hiring process consist of Aptitude test, they test you on basic maths and mostly on english and logic. Then if selected the second round is Interview. They will expect you to know everything you have put on your CV. They will expect you to know basic things about their company as well.
