Interviewed Mar 2011 in Kitchener, ON (Canada) (took 3 days)
I got a reference to comapny on job fair. I handed them my resume and the called me next day for an interview. When I came for interview I had to take typing test (very easy) and 10 questions test about the products of Nordia company but they let you use internet to search the answers. Then I had one to one interview.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took 1 week)
In the call centers their interview process is pretty rapid. The company has such a high turnover that you're pretty much guaranteed a job as a phone agent provided you don't mess up your interview bigtime. However for SA / traffic desk positions there is high competition from within the company and they usually hire current employees.
I applied online and had a group interview with the Scheduling Manager and HR Manager, asked some behavioral questions and a few job-related tech questions.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Kitchener, ON (Canada) (took 2 days)
They call you first and ask some administrative questions. Once you have been pre-screened they book an interview and testing time with you. There are several tests they give you such as typing test, accuracy test, ability tests. Then you are interviewed by a team manager and asked several customer service related questions. If you pass that interview you are interviews by the operations manager and he/she will ask a few questions absed on your resume and previous answers. All in all its a long process to go through all in one day but its not difficult at all, if you jus relax and be yourself you will do fine.
