I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Nordstrom in July 2012.
Interview Details – I was called in for an interview within a week of my application. The interview is very professional. You are taken back to a private office for one-on-one with a store interviewer. They give you a general idea of where you are working, but if they are in dire need of another position, the company extends out to see if you are interested in other positions. If the interview goes well, a call back will confirm the employment. Followed by drug test and paperwork.
Interview Question – Are you willing to receive and stock items that are between top, middle, and lower floors? This will require strength and endurance to juggle back and forth. View Answer
Reason for Declining – I had been accepted into another job with better benefits/pay.
Very family oriented
Loved my co-workers
