I had my first 1:1 interview with HR. It lasted about 30 minutes... there were questions such as
Why would you like to work at Nordstroms?
How do you feel about competitive sales?
What's your background?

(These are pretty easy and no brainers)

I had my second interview with the Store Manager which also lasted about 30 minutes. He asked a couple quick questions that were similar to HR's questions. He then went on to discuss company protocols and culture. He stressed the importance of self initiative and the inverted pyramid.
