I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Nordstrom in April 2012.

Interview Details – Your first interview is on the phone with an HR representative. If you pass all their questions they ask you they will pass along your file to the department manager. The department manager will then call you and set up an in person interview. They ask you questions about how you have handled a previous situation, what you would do in certain situations, etc. All the questions are pretty easy to answer. It is all common sense.

Interview Question – For this position, there are not really any difficult questions. Its all common sense type questions.   Answer Question
