Interview Details – I completed a phone interview and then went in to the office for a one on one interview with an HR clerk. This person gave me a series a personality test and once that was completed, I went into the body shop and painted a panel for their review. Once they had graded my work and panel, I was sent for a drug screen. I started 3 days later. This was a great process and they made me feel very comfortable answering all my questions and were patient. the office was clean, and the people were all smiles!
