Student Services Interview (Negative Experience; Average Interview)

Interview Details – Be prepared to have to sell yourself to your coworkers who are usually invited to participate in the interview. The questions are not difficult but in a group interview it is a challenge to find an answer to appeal to everyone.

Student Worker(Production Assistant) Interview (Neutral Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took 1 week - interviewed at North Carolina A&T State University.
Interview Details – Appointed by work study, given paperwork to fill out, take paperwork to the location for which you will be employed have them sign. Later you will be reviewed twice a year. After your work study runs out you may have the opportunity to become a STS worker. If so you are recommended and you are paid from a different fund.

Voice Network Analyst Interview (Neutral Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at North Carolina A&T State University.
Interview Details – The hiring process was very precise and short. Not much detail to give beyond that.

Interview Details – Telephone interview then in person interview
4-H Agent Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at North Carolina A&T State University in July 2010.
Interview Details – The interview process consisted of questions from a panel of Directors that were proficient in the field. In addition, a presentation was required as well as knowledge of the agencies goals, mission and future aspirations. I would recommend spending time researching the agency as well as the position that you are applying for.

Negotiation Details – The job description and compensation package were determined by experience and credentials. Little room for negotiation.
