Interview Details – Easy interview, very cordial dept head. I was initially hired to teach one class, then one additional class was added for each subsequent semester. I topped out at 4 6 hours classes in a semester, but they still considered that part-time. When I pressed for benefits for next semester, I was met with a cold and removed disposition, which was very different from the one that was presented when I started.
Interview Question – No difficult questions. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – non- negotiable, low wage with the lure of full-time salary and benefits.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 months.
