Interviewed Jan 2010 in Westbury, NY (took 3 weeks)
First step was an on campus 1:1 interview with a finance department representative. Then came the phone interview with an HR manager. Then an interview day consisting of 5 interviews with various managers and directors along with a VP of finance. That day there was an Excel test as well consisting of vlookups and sumifs. The managers and directors kept telling me about their IT systems and you were expected to retain at least some of the information and regurgitate it back to the next interview.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 6+ weeks)
First you apply for a position online and then they make give you a call if the believe that you are a good fit. From there you are called in to an interview in which the interviewer may or may not know what the position is/does. Expect to wait a long time to hear back regarding whether or not you are accepted. A few weeks later you go to employee health services and get drug tested. Assuming you pass, you are then given a start date.
