Interviewed May 2010 (took a day)
I was called in for my interview and was questioned by a team of panel members. The Principal, Assistant Director of Special Ed, Para Educators and teachers. They were positive, friendly professionals who were rigorous in their questioning about my teaching methods, behavior management skills and abilities, beliefs about education and students. Hypothetical circumstances were described and I was asked to respond with how I would react in the given instance.
