Interviewed Feb 2012 in Evanston, IL (took 4+ weeks)
Phone interview, 1:1, Group Panel interviews. Interviews went great, however, they internally hired someone, after making me wait a month, just to tell me, "best of luck". Please do not apply here, b/c they will waste your time.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Evanston, IL (took 2 weeks)
I was looking for entry level clinical and research experience to prepare for dental school. I applied online and through a contact at the office I was looking to work in. My initial conversation was with HR, then I was set up with an 1:1 interview. General questions were asked, such as how did you handle a work place issue with a colleague, how have you solved conflict, when have you exceeded expectations, etc.
I then was asked to come into the HR office for a computer proficiency test. The next step was a drug screening. I started work the next month.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Evanston, IL (took 3 weeks)
I initially had a phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews. Each onsite interview consisted of three one-on-one interviews. The interview questions were fairly standard, mostly behavioral and also a few questions about my past roles. The people I met with were extremely welcoming and the culture seemed fairly relaxed.

Reason for Declining

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 8 weeks)
Interviewed with HR rep who kept calling me the wrong name. Nice huh? She was doing it as a joke after I corrected her for a while, but I guess the expression on my face explained I did not find it funny. After that met with two sr managers in the department. The highest ranking official asked me very deep questions about my experience and what I thought of their current campaign. She clearly did not like me and shortened the interview by saying, "we only have time for one question from you." Next I went to her subordinate who was very proud of her interview questions and stated it aloud. It became apparent that these two people did not get along and were tolerating one another. Whoever they hired for this position would not be there long if they did not catch on to the dynamics. When the interview concluded, she said, who do you meet with now. i replied no one and that she was my last interview for the day. She said, ok, bye. That was it. Did not walk me to reception/bathroom or the front door. She just walked back into her office. Hey, I am a big girl and can find my way, but that is just downright rude.
