Customer Service Representative Interview

Customer Service Representative
Huron, SD

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at NorthWestern Energy.

Interview Details – They ask you a bunch of questions. It is one of the most detailed interviews I ever went through. When I applied for a position of New Construction I was easily the most qualified. But they only hire seniority so they hired a woman who did a terrible job. She was fired shortly thereafter. I decided at this point I would not be applying for any other positions.

Interview Question – Can't remember.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – They sent me a letter. I started at 11.56 an hour and my pay went up a lot and regularly.

Interview Details – Was called for an interview after an internship fair, asked some questions on the phone (where I was from, what my major was, etc) had to fill out a personality questionnaire for the internship, took 5 minutes tops. Interview held about a week after phone call, very nice woman

Interview Question – Can you give me an example of a time when you showed your initiative?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Very lenient with my schedule, wanted to make the position work for me, made sure the position was something I could handle and that I would be able to excel in the workplace
