Application

I applied online. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Northern Arizona University (Flagstaff, AZ) in February 2008.

Interview

I had one phone interview with a panel of interviewers. It went very well and the questions were what I expected: my experience, skills, software knowledge, and a discussion of both their expectations and mine. A week later, I was offered the job, pending a background check. The background check took ten days. I accepted the offer by phone and fax. I didn't meet anyone until I showed up for work. The interview by phone process was a good experience.

Interview Questions

Negotiation

I did not negotiate. I knew the salary range when I applied and accepted their mid-range offer.
