Interview was a very quick phone call to discuss background and what I was looking for. The position was cancelled soon after I interviewed for it.

First round interview with HR which just went over background, salary details, etc.
This was followed by a 2nd round interview with the hiring DIrector which went into details of the role, my background, ability to lead other, infuence change and why I would like to join them. At the end of this round, I was told that they would like to bring me into for a 3rd round of interviews with 2 of the Director's peers and her boss.
They were very clear & positive during these interviews about their intention to proceed.

Conservative, passive, slow. Very traditional and not interested in innovation or people on the fast track. I think its an extremely stable and secure place to work...but for someone who wants things to move quickly in their career...this may not be the place. Nice people, however. Pleasant experience.
