Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 3 weeks)
I applied online, and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later. After an initial phone screening, I was asked to submit a writing sample, and was later contacted for a face to face interview with HR. The HR interview was very standard, however there were a few logic tests. I then was asked to submit another writing sample and perform an aptitude test. I was later contacted for a final round of 4 separate interviews. After about 2 weeks, I was told someone else was chosen for the position.
Everyone was friendly and seemed to really like their job at Northridge. The interview process was long, however the recruiter did let me know about the entire process in the initial phone screening. My only complaint is that I was told my current compensation was out of the range for that specific position in the final interview, although I had indicated that requirement much earlier in the process.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Alpharetta, GA (took a day)
The questions are pretty standard for programmers; however, don't expect to get the response you want on your first phone interview, the person on the other end is just asking the questions and typing it. Went on to a second phone interview with an actual programmer and that went well. After that interview is the face to face and then you're in.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 days)
Technical interview - A person asked me 10 to 15 technical questions related to BI. Based on this, I was selected for the next round. This interview was pretty mechanical as someone was just reading out the questions from a paper
Personal Interview with Hiring Manager - Spoke about my experience, education etc. Very friendly and open to questions. The manager found that I was over-qualified for the position and said he will recommend me for a different role. I did not hear back from the company again even after a few follow-ups with the HR contact.
The office atmosphere was very professional and the interviewer was very helpful in explaining the role, team and work environment.
