Interviewed Feb 2009 (took 2 months)
Started with a phone screen from a recruiter. Next was an onsite. These guys weren't clear on the retirement package or the relocation.
Negotiation Details
Every man for themselves. Negotiations were not too effective assuming that they have tons of candidates. Maybe a small signing bonus but no budging on salary. Salary pretty competitive based on previous salary.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

There was a very short turnaround time between my submission and the interview. I found out that my situation was not the norm. While the company is great, their HR is dysfunctional for some reason. Others hired before and after me had to pull teeth to get through the process after the interview. Long and short of it, keep on HR after the interview.
