Interview Details –
Visited facility twice, meeting with the hiring manager and 3 managers for about 40 minutes each the first time around. The second interview was more laid back and I met with the hiring manager and 2 group managers. HR extended an offer the next day.
Everyone was extremely nice and personable. I could already tell that it would be a fun place to work. They also mentioned their explicit need for young talent to replace their aging workforce.
Interview Question – What can you bring to the team as a person? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Did not negotiate, since they offered more than I expected. Demonstrate your talent, and they will accurately judge your worth.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 3 weeks.
