Interviewed Oct 2011 in Springfield, OR (took a day)
I only had one job interview with them. This was after a while of not hearing anything and sending in two different resume's until I got a call back.
Once I was called I got in for an interview rather quickly. the interview was with the five supervisors in my department (mind you later I found out the department was only 13 people, 5 of which were supervisors ie they overstaff) they all asked their own questions, and very few were really geared to my experience or anything I could bring to the table. They were those stupid questions they ask you such as: If you had to write an article in the New York Times, and use three words to discribe yourself what would they be? and If you could have any job what would it be? And if this co worker and another co worker started a cat fight in the parking lot (NOT KIDDING they asked me this) whould you stand there or help in? Just things like that. Nothing really geared to my experience or anything. I think really they were just asking questions to see if you would fit in with their little click they have going on.

Negotiation Details
There was none, I tried to negotiate due to my experience in the field that I applied for to take a higher starting wage and was told no since they were on a wage freeze. They told me that they would give me a raise after my probationary period, which they did an entire 2 cents... again they wouldn't negotiate with me. nor would they give me anything in writing at all. I was also told that due to my experience I would move up fast in the company, yet once I started I found out there was no advancement opportunities and most likely won't happen.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
