3 weeks of initial training were you learn of the products you will be selling. Training is in branch, class room style. NWM pays for Life and Health, 7 & 67 licenses. You are paired with a mentor and will interact daily. Must work in office for initial 2 years. Top producers receive offices after this time. Performers have opportunity to transfer within the network, branch network, or to salary positions, or corporate.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
