Interview Details – The person that interviewed me was very friendly and nice, however, I felt that she asked me a bit too much about my personal life. Other than that, she asked me how many contacts I knew that I could sell the product to, and stuff like where I saw myself financially in 5 years. Also if I was comfortable with lots of people interaction. Pay is also based on commission.
Interview Question – There wasn't a difficult question, but the one where she asked how many contacts I had threw me off a bit. View Answer

This position requires you to sell insurance to people. The method they want you to use is "networking through people you already know." The first step in the hiring process was an
"info session," which I went to. I did not pursue the internship after that. This position is a sales job more than anything else. Nothing wrong with that, but it is not for me. I wish they were more forthcoming about what the internship entails because I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Interview Details – Something about yourself. Details on the resume. The whole process was pretty comfortable. The really hard part is the interviewer would give you a form and fill in contact information of 10 people into it. I think it's pretty fair . Anyway, they are recruiting sales person and I think get to know how to contact people, whether familiar or not is the first step. The recruiter who interviewed me was a really nice lady. But for some reason, I give up the chance of second round interview.
Interview Question – Find 10 person's contact information and give them to a insurance firm. Answer Question

It's a long interview/hiring process of around 4-5 meetings. You also have to complete some market surveys to show that you feel comfortable approaching people, getting rejected, and also have the ability to get referrals. If you can't get through this, then this job is not for you. The interviews are fairly easy and you'll get through if you show them you're an entrepreneur, want to make lots of money, and not looking for a regular 9-5. You also must pass the online personality assessments. Note that they are also looking for team players and people who are very involved in organizations (important for networking).
WARNING: You will not be hired if you have any outstanding debts in collections or 60 days past due. Also, no criminal record/misdemeanors is required. Be sure to take take of this before pursuing a career in this field.

Interview Details – Referred by a friend. Received a phone screen and was invited for an in-person interview. In person interview was basic background, career goals, sales experience, etc. I received a second interview that was much more in-depth and lasted for more than 2 hours. Second interview was more questions, a review of a personality test, and a meeting with the managing director. I was invited for a third interview, but declined the offer once I realized I would have to have 200 plus contacts immediately (mostly friends & family) to sell insurance and investment products too.
Interview Question – Describe a time in your life where you had to overcome adversity. Answer Question
