Interview Details – The hiring process is fast paced and relatively superficial. As a career-changer with no prior financial experience or direct sales experience, the analysis of the opportunity was presented in full detail with a multi-step explanation of compensation, benefits and growth.

Negotiation Details – The negotiation has nothing to do with income, and only to do with goals and business planning. This is a 100% commission job.
