Interview Details – Everyone with whom I interacted was very friendly. The lady that interviewed me was engaging and interested in hearing not only why I might be a good fit for the company, but also about my personal career goals. She told me all about the training program and about the trajectory for growth within in the company. After the interview, she sent me two online personality assessment tests to determine whether I would be a good fit for that position. Because of my score on that test, I was not called back for a second interview.
Interview Question – Most of the questions were standard interview questions. Answer Question
Other Details - The process took 3 days.
