Interview Details – I initially submitted my resume online. They called within a week to tell me more about the position and ask if I was still interested. Then they scheduled an in-person interview. The interviewer was very friendly and honest during the interview that I really wasn't experienced enough for the position, but that she'd follow-up in a year when I had more experience to see if I was still interested.
