Interview Details – Went to initial interview, took career assessment test after, then met with the managing director for an interview. Once offered a position, I had to pass a background check and formally apply to the company.
Interview Question – Providing reason for leaving my prior job. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Initial offer, I counter-offered, and they accepted my request.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks.
