Northwestern Mutual Financial Representative Interview

Interview Details – I applied for the job at a job fair and was contacted by a recruiter via email to schedule our first interview. The first interview was in person. The interview questions were not that difficult. mostly behavioral questions such as strengths and weaknesses etc. After the first interview, I was contacted for a second interview, which was quit similar as the first.

Reason for Declining – once I discovered the full time job was commission based, I decided against the offer. however, interns get paid $1000 for the summer duration.
