Interview Details – I was referred to the internship opportunity by a friend whom works full time at the same office I was interviewing with. I was contacted by the recruiter and set up an interview. She was very friendly and laid back the whole time, we laughed most of the interview. After meeting with her, I met with the head manager of that office. He's a little more up tight and likes to get down to business.
Interview Question – Gave common interview questions. Most difficult was probably "why do you think Northwestern Mutual is right for you?" Answer Question
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks.
