Pretty legit, interviewer seemed real easy going and nice. Me and the recruiter met at a college career fair, and then asked if she could interview next week on campus. Once I knocked that interview out they gave me the "Project 10". They had called about a week later to see how everything was going and kind of touch base with me, and then set up a final interview at my choosing. Had the final interview and it was pretty standard, office was very nice. Then they gave me an offer.

I was flown in on one day and put up at the nicest hotel in town. The next day I went through a battery of interivews and tests. I started with meeting the recruiter, then the hiring manager. Eventually I interviewed with potential co-workers, a group of attorneys, and the department head.

The next day I was put through a group of skills and personality assessments.

Applied for job online and received emailed response around 2 weeks later requesting an interview. I interviewed with someone from HR and a MD. Then later that week, was called in for a second interview. I met with a mix of directors and MDs (all one on one). Received a form email the following week saying they decided to go with another candidate.

Marketing people were very old school, old boys club-like.

Interviewed with 6 different people, and the recruiter did not contact me afterward. When I reached out after a week, she claimed that she never received my email or phone message. Not sure how that could possibly happen.

Extremely strange interview process, seemingly dishonest recruiter.
