I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Northwire in March 2012.
Interview Details – Good people. The company has found a market niche and are successfully exploiting it. The IT staff is small, a total of three people. Potential employees need to be willing to step outside of their specialty and jump in where needed.
The interview process consisted of a phone screen by the IT Manager, followed by an on-site visit, consisiting of a series of one-on-one interviews with the IT manager and three exec's.
Six Sigma and PMP are highly valued. Post-school certifications are highly valued.
Interview Question – Since most of the interviewers were not in IT (my field), the questions were general. The challenge was how to explain your value and process to someone without using IT terms. Answer Question
