They want mechanical/electrical testing, hours worth. College, education transcripts, background check, financial check, full physical, multiple 1 on 1 interviews.
Don't count on passing any of these mechanical, electrical battery of tests.

Asking for MIS/CIS college transcripts for a maintenance job ?
Reason for Declining
They have champagne taste and a cheap wine budget. The position is in the weather, that is if it is -20 outside, it is -20 inside the plant because the doors are always open. It was a weekend shift, layoff last year and those people didn't come back, and the pay scale for a Maintenance Technician has a MAXIMUM of $17/hr !
You are also required to sign documents agreeing to work in 85db noise levels.
Crazy, absurd. I don't think it had any future either.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
