Not difficult or unexpected, but they didn't like the

  answer that I provided to "Tell us about the best customer service you think you've provided to someone recently."

Told them I went outside of my current company's policies regarding rewards certificates and allowed a customer to use 50% of an expired reward certificate, and almost wasn't given a second thought because I didn't give the customer 100% of the value, and thought I'd given good customer service. If I wanted to lose my previous job, I'd be happy to give 100% of expired rewards... Most places, it's use it or lose it, so I was trying to be accommodating to the customer's needs (and they were very appreciative!), but it wasn't "enough" for Lakeshore.
