Recruiter made it clear that this was a temporary position with a slim chance of going permanent. They were looking to hire approximately 25 people to take inbound calls from retirees for open enrollment season. She also explained that it was $12 an hour. I started to decline but thought $12 is better than $0 per hour with no job, sitting at home. Seems llike a nice company and it appears they are getting more and more new business. The salary is a bit low for a posh suburb of Kansas City, Missouri. It just seems to me it would have been more lucrative if they would have hired us at at least $14 to $15 an hour since this is a short project. The Trainer is very pleasant, patient, and flexible. SelectQuote seems to have many food days for their employees as well.
