Applied online and heard back about a month later. Had an initial phone interview with someone in HR, the next week I had a brief phone interview with an Assistant Controller and the Manager of the AP department that lasted all of 10 minutes. A week later I had a Skype interview with the same two people plus the Controller.

Very easy interview because there are not many people applying for the job. Basically all you have to do is answer the basic interview questions like 'tell me about your qualities as a worker' and 'what would you like to change about you' in a positive manner and you are golden.

I met with a group of management from my potential group. They were very friendly and inquisitive and made me feel as if I would fit in well. I was treated very respectfully and have since kept in touch with a few of those who interviewed me.

I found the positions listed on npo.net, got the phone interview. The interviewer said that the position was already in the final interview stage but she would pass on my information to two hiring managers because another position not listed yet was opening up.

Phone interview was just with the hiring manager and his group which consisted of 2 other people. Questions were based basically on - whether you a a team player, leadership role, previous work experience.Very long- 1.1 is one day event. With all the different groups-functional and tecnical. . No technical questions asked.
