Phone interview, lots of questions. Mainly for Sales. Interview was fair, sounded like a great place to work. I did not get an offer., but it went well.

They asked what will you do when facing various senecios or challenges.
Hiring manager was nice and easy to talk to. Asked common pharma interview questions like 30 60 90. Discussed career progression which I thought was unique. Conversation lasted about an hour although my background was not a perfect fit for this drug class
Easy 2 step process. First interview is 45 min long. Two senior managers and one HR. Mostly behavioral questions requiring STAR responces. Second interview with Head of HR and Head of Unit. 30 min long. Short screen on CV, how will you cntribute to the position.
