Overall Positive Experience Interviewed and No Offer

Interviewed May 2009 (took 2 weeks)

Had a couple of e mail conversations with recruiter, then met one on one with recruiter and then with the general manager. The group interview was comfortable and both people were very nice. It seemed like a good match. The questions centered all around leadership and past experiences. Some situational/behavioral questions, too

What specifically have you done to contribute to your recent sucesses?
How would you go about hiring a new sales representative?

Other Details

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
