They had two interviews with two managers. After that they fly you up to talk to the regional that you would be working under. The first two interviews went quickly. The regional was more of a rubber stamp process. The overall experience was pleasant enough for an interview.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Did you had a drug test while the interview process ?? It is not very liberal.
