I met with an HR rep and she asked me the standard questions for 15 minutes or so. Then I met with an engineer who talked more about the aluminum plant and asked me a few more engineering related questions.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
