Interviewed Jul 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 4 weeks)
Called over phone for interview, I had uploaded my resume in Novellus website.
Interview was for 3 rounds on a Saturday; First round was like communication as well skill set matching.
second was Group technical round (more of basic engineering, GD&T, DFM, DFA,
3round was about what you know about Novellus.
1week later they called up for HR round; here they were mainly looking for any gaps in education as well in experience. What were you looking for the job change?
The same day meet the MD for a few minute to discuss strength and weakness, and general discussion.
I n the name of Interview I could able to meet and answer 8members. (with all recommendation they will consider for employment)

The interview was a very friendly atmosphere and didn't feel very structured. It took around a half an hour and since I'm looking for an every level position consisted primarily on questions pertaining to my previous project experience during my under grad career at the University of Michigan
