Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 3 weeks)
The process started several calls with a recruiter (including a Saturday) that screened me of technical skills and personality traits. After submitting my resume to a mid-level manager, I had a phone interview with this manager.
I passed the manager's interview and was granted an interview with the chief officer and a second interview with the manager (via video conference).

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Burlington, MA (took 3 weeks)
A lengthy and hesitant process typical for these times. The main issue was different opinions of different people of the job requirements and function.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Santa Clara, CA (took 2 weeks)
The HR person took forever to follow up. It is true what you hear about them. They take forever to get anything done. I was contacting the HR left and right to hear a follow up..but no word. Nothing at all. My interview was highly unorganized and I just didn't understand what takes so long.

Reason for Declining
It was not a company I want to work at. The salary was also not what I was looking for.

Interviewed May 2009 (took 1 week)
HR person introduced himself by phone. Explained interest. Set up 30 min phone screen later in the week to go over details of education, background and experience. A few days later I received a phone call from the company to coordinate a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager at headquearters. Very friendly environment and folks. We had a group interview with two of their folks at the same time. Nice interacting and good communication. No tricky questions. Good opportunity to an honest interchange of opinions and experiences.

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took a day)
First, I had a short phone interview, but I wouldn't say it was an interview. I talked to the hiring manager over the phone and we briefly went over my resume and job descriptions, which took only 20 mins or so. Then, I was invited for the on-site interview which barely took one day (10 AM to 3 PM probably due to my flight schedule). Anyway, I made a presentation and talked to 4--5 people each of which took 45 mins. They were quite friendly, most questions were about my work and non-technical. Two people asked technical questions not about my work, but they were easy, also.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Burlington, MA (took a day)
The interview process was great. I felt very comfortable with my interviewers. Everyone appeared happy and friendly. The building is nice and there were no parking issues. Overall it was a good experience and seemed like a good place to work everyday.
