Interviewed May 2010 in Mahwah, NJ (took a day)
I interviewed with 5 managers and the HR rep. Most managers just talked to you about your work experience and education. They asked how you can apply your skills to the company. One manager gave me a real life problem that his team encountered and ask me how I would go about solving it. He didn't really care that I came to a correct conclusion, but just wanted to see how I tried to resolve it. An interview with 5 managers seems intimidating but this was more of a laid back, yet informative experience.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Blend of software engineering and behavioral questions. About half day long.
Pretty grim outlook at the office floor: high walled cubicles, not much day light coming in.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
They have two kinds of interview, technical and non-techincal. In my case, they just did technical and they thought non-technical is not neccessary. The project we are working on is about mobility. So, there is a big server in the background for mobile clients. Server components are developed in Java, C, C++, etc... So, they can ask you questions about these languages. As an example, they asked me virtual functions in C++., Spring Framework, Maven, Network Protocols, advanced linux commands like searching and retrieving from a file. Also, I was given a paper full of software engineering questions.

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
Wasted Three hours there - did not spend more than 2 seconds with HR rep - met with three managers. They did not call back even to say - 'sorry we aren't interested' . Never had an interview where no feedback was provided.. Perhaps they sensed I wasn't interested in job (not my cup of tea there) but this is so unprofessional not to even acknowledge with rejection email, nothing...

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Burlington, MA (took 1 week)
I got a mail from the HR with a list of questions concerning my knowledge and one of their products. I replied to him with my response and then after 3 days I got a email from HR for a phone conversation (ASAP). I called his number but no response and so dropped him an email with my availability. Suddenly on a Monday the HR called me stating that y responses and my qualifications matched and asked me for my availability for a technical Interview. He asked for the same day and I managed the timings.
In the evening the Project Dev Mgr called me and is telling me that he believes my experience is not enough and he wants a more experienced candidate for this job and so he does not want to waste my or his time in taking the interview. Apologized and hang up.
I don't mind rejection but I guess they need to clear their own thoughts about their requirements rather then making calls and confusing candidates.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Mahwah, NJ (took 3 months)
I got phone call in december. The recruiter went through my resume. I and recruiter tried to place the interview 2 times, but both times interviews were cancelled because of snow. Then finally, interview placed in february. In interview, the first recruiter talked to me about general stuff. then 3 technical manager took interview. the interview was not that much tough. people are very nice. they tried to as much friendly as they could. finally i got call in beginning of april and they offer me the position. i was looking for that kind of position. I took it right away. Technical question was like "difference between process and tread" and long white board question.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Burlington, MA (took a day)
I talked to several people. The interview was very thorough and very fair. They didn't try "gotcha" questions. There was a long-winded (and very fair) whiteboard session (the problem was amusing).
What was the outcome? I still don't know. Feedback is that everyone loved me and would like to have me on board, and I got stellar reviews from my references. But the problem is that every hire has to be personally approved by the CEO,and this is the bottleneck in the process. Weeks later, and he apparently still has not looked at my application. Maybe I will get an offer, I don't know yet.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
Was contacted by someone in their HR department around March/April while still in school. She said if the upper level people wanted to move forward she would contact me.Then in June I got an email to come in for an interview which took a bit to set up as I had trouble reaching her. The interview was only with HR and she asked me the standard interview as well as giving me a short multiple choice exam. She said she would contact me either the next day or the day after for the next step. I didnt hear from her that week so I called her but could not reach her by phone and didnt respond to emails. At least another week went by before I heard from her and was asked to come into interview with several managers/ team leads. I met with 5 people separately each lasting about 30 min. Interview were much less technically focused than I expected and overall I actually liked how they interviewed. They didnt ask any questions that are meant to trick with you and with a few people we even started to talk about recent movies and sports.
