Interview Details – I was contacted by a recruiter and heavily recruited for an interview. I arrived for a 1/2 day interview and submitted to 4 groups. Division head, 2 groups of developers, and HR. The developer questions were generally good, they were more in the line of assessment and not so much trivia. The division head was friendly and polite. The HR interview was a bit taxing, she clearly felt more like talking about her job. There was no communication between interviews.
Interview Question – There were some OO terminology questions I could not answer. While I explained the concept (without the terminology) they seemed unimpressed. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I gave a high offer as I had a position. They gave a reasonable counter offer.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Numara Software in January 2012.
Interview Details – For sales position, it was a one on one interview.
Pros: Performance is paramount. Politics and "yes" men/women need not apply. Everyone has a clear set of responsibilities and is rewarded for accomplishing and exceeding expectations. – Full Review
