Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 6 months)
Took them forever to get back to me. This was by far the slowest I have ever seen a company move. It was a lets meet again in 2 months type of interview. By the time they wanted to hire me I had offers on the table from other companies. I answered all sorts of non-work questions, took a test, answer more questions then when I did not hear back from them I moved on. Out of no where they called me back and I was foolish enough to take the job. They want to be pros but they are not. Expect them to want to be nosey about you, your personal life and everything about you and some where in there they will ask 1 or 2 interview questions.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 5 weeks)
Sumission to Mars.com
Took about 2 weeks, but then had initial phone screening with home office HR rep
Then was notofied that I would be moving to next round which was a secondary phone interview (1 hr) with TN HR Manager
After this, I was invited to an initial 1-1 interview scheduled with DM within a week of the second phone interview. This was casual but very intense. Lasted anout 90 minutes
10 days later, second face to face interview with a panel consisting of specific market trend questions, resume "walk-thru", ground level analysis of store ops and weaknesses, with follow-up phone call with direct-report manager. Heard witihn 2 days after this interview.

Believe every negative aspect they forewarn about- this is a rewarding but demanding position.
This was a top-notch process. Very professional, respectful, and each person I spoke to was engaged and enthusiastic and made it clear that they valued my time as much as their own.
