OAKLEAF Waste Management MBA Intern Interview

Interview Details – Applied online, heard nothing for two months. Then out of the blue received an email from an HR person. After confirming information in my online application, spoke to another HR person. After about two weeks, finally had the interview with someone in operations. Very general, generic questions. For example, "tell me about a time when you faced a challenge?" "How do you do in team environments?" Etc. After what I thought was a good interview, I never heard back - anything. I tried contacting the multiple HR contacts, but they simply replied "we have not received any feedback from your interviewer." What never officially denied the position. Moral of the story, WM has a very formulaic and bureaucratic hiring process (if my experience is typical).
