I was contacted by a college recruiter who found me through my university's database for business students, and he asked for my resume and then later contacted me to see if I wanted an interview. The phone interview itself was 2:1 and the people who interviewed me were alums at the university I attend. It was predominately behavioral questions, like I think at least 7 which was tough to get through. But the interviewers were easy to talk to.

Interview consisted of basic behavioral questions and one consisting of safety consciousness. The interview was not too bad, but the interviewer during the career fair the day before was very rude, so I did not feel enthusiastic. Overall, I did not enjoy their company or their representatives because of the smugness they initially presented.

Initially I received a phone call for an online application and during it we went over everything in my resume where I detailed my past experiences. I was then invited for an on-site interview. At the on-site interview I was given a great tour of the site. A panel type interview was given in which typical interview questions were given. During the whole experience I was presented a very honest view of the culture at OC. Everyone is very honest about what to expect there and there is no sugar-coating anything; what you see is what you get, nothing more nothing less.

It is very hard to remember the interveiw process, The culture of Owens Corning is very businrss-like and stressful for employees. From a nurse stadpoint, the job was easy, but could be demanding.One has to know not only occupational health,but also travel protocals for various countries.

The interview was frustrating - they brought in 10 people in my group alone, and had some 10 more GROUPS scheduled for less that 10 spots. They had us sit through an 6 hour long presentation and then took us to dinner where everyone who already worked there began drinking and only started talking about who would drive the group of interviewees back after the second round of drinks

The first interview consisted of a telephone screen conducted by a recruiter. The 2nd interview was conducted by one of the hiring managers. My last set of interviews was a panel interview with 3 of the managers.

Initially contacted by their outsourced recruiting firm (The Right Thing) for basic personality questions.
Was contacted for a technical phone screen with 2 of the senior team members and the hiring manager.
Was brought on site for a panel interview with HR, Hiring Manager and 1 other manager which consisted of mainly behavioral style questions. This was followed by another technical interview with the Hiring Manager and the 2 senior staff.
