    Interview Details

    After submitted resume, it took about 2-3 weeks to receive a phone call to ask few general questions or ask few question. If the HR "likes" you, she/he will want to schedule a face to face interview with you and the hiring manager (In most cases, this will happen). There will be at least 2 people interviewing each ask question in turns and write down your answer for future scoring. The decision is made with in 2-3 weeks.

    Contacted by phone for an 8 hour assessment. Was sent to a neutral location at a hotel and did an extensive interview that involved written assignment, presentations and role playing.
