Interview Details – Due to employee referral and background check only a single interview was conducted by the Senior Management staff.
Interview Question – How would you deal with a difficult Contractor? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – OMV was highly stringent in their offer. And considering their market reputation the candidates usually fear of loosing the opportunity. However, it is strongly recommended that experienced professionals should negotiate their salary to be comparable with the other similar employers.
