Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 3 months)
Long process and several rounds. Many 1:1 interviews. Exhausting. No time for break between them. No enough insight into how they operate. It's mostly worthless for a candidate.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 days)
I was referred to this position by a friend. The first step was a phone screen by HR. This was followed up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next step was a series of panel interviews on site. There were 3 separate panels with each panel consisting of 2-4 interviewers.
After the job offer, I had a few conversations with HR to negotiate compensation and join date. After the offer was accepted by me, they conducted a drug test and a background check.

Interviewed May 2011 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 weeks)
I contacted the hiring manager (or so I think) about the job and sent in my resume. A few days later I received two 1:1 screening interviews by phone with two managers. After the first interview I was told to apply to a specific position online and that the position I was applying for was a Field Sales Engineer position in either Indianapolis, Indiana or Phoenix, Arizona. After the second phone interview I was told to apply to the same position online and that the position would be changed from where it was listed to Phoenix, Arizona.
About a week later I received a call back for an onsite interview. I was provided with driving directions and a schedule of my interviews. The onsite consisted of four interviews with various staff that I assumed I would be a subordinate of if hired and one interview upon exit going over benefits and salary for the position. During my first interview I realized that I was listed as interviewing for both Field Sales and Field Applications Engineer instead of just for Field Sales Engineer as I was originally told. All of the interviews were laid back and were not very technical. I was repeatedly asked some of the same questions throughout the interview process. Some I was asked repeatedly were where I saw myself in 5 years, what my goals were, and my knowledge of the company. During the exit interview I was asked what position I was interviewing for as there still seemed to be some confusion.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Phoenix, AZ (took a day)
Interview process was fairly simple-
1) Phone Screen with future manager. Pretty simple just informal chat.
2) Random Phone call from interviewers. Asked a few questions, behavioral based. Got to know me better then scheduled an on site interview
3) Formal interview with a panel of current employees. Turned out to be the people I would be working within on a daily basis. Really relaxed and fun. Some more technical supply chain and costing modeling questions.
4) Sit down 1 on 1 with an HR Rep. Really fun and no pressure. Talked about graduation timing, my likes, if I could see myself working there.
Overall it was really easy. The only thing that caught me off guard was the random phone call from my interviewers. It was early in the morning and I was a tad asleep.
