Interview Details –
Initially I was contacted via telephone by an HR recruiter, then by the department manager.
Once I was selected for personal interviews, I was interviewed by 6 different people including the department manager (again) and potential co-workers. Each separate interview was 45 min to 1 hr long.
Interview Question – How do you gain market share in China? View Answer
Negotiation Details – Their offer was based on my salary history. Stock options are non uncommon and easily negotiated.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 3 weeks.
