I haven't done much interviewing, but I think ON24 treated me really and helped understand what the job was all about. I met with several people before a decsion was made. It tool a little bit over a month before I got the job offer.

I can only compare it to an episode of the Twilight Zone. I was told during my interview I could manage my team at my own direction, only to be super micro-managed from the top down later on. The interview presented a picture of the company as highly structured and deadline driven. When in fact it was more like a Chinese fire drill on constant pre-IPO altert. Ultimately what I told and what materialized at this company were like night and day. I should have walked away from day one. My biggest career mistake. Ever.

I was on a telephone interview on a Wednesday, Face to Face interview Thursday and extended an offer on Friday and started the following Tuesday. Crisp and decisive!

Organization was fairly good, however took a few more interviews than necessary (final one was for them to see if I wanted it - could have been handled over the phone). Initial phone interview then 3 in person with same people.

It was an absolute joke, ON24 does not do background checks, they could have criminals working for them.

phone interview first with HR. 1st 1:1 interview with hiring manager, then 2nd day was interviewed with 4 different ON24, Inc. managers via a half day at the headquarters. All were in person. They were tough. Very strong technical aptitude needed.
