    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at ONEOK Partners in October 2013.

    Interview Details

The hiring process started with a career fair. I was asked to come back to a first interview a few weeks later. The company used the STAR technique for their interview and the questions were straight forward and unique. They were very prompt in getting back to me to invite me to an onsite interview. Again the interview followed the STAR technique and the questions were straight forward but harder. You had to be careful to not answer with what you thought they wanted to hear. The people were very nice and pleasant to talk to.

    Application Details

I applied through other source. The process took a dayinterviewed at ONEOK Partners in March 2009.

    Interview Details

I received a phone call about a month after submitting my resume, cover letter, etc. They scheduled an interview for a time that was convenient for me and paid for my travel expenses to come down to the interview. The interview was with a panel of three, involved a "barrage" of questions coming from all directions, and lasted about an hour to an hour and a half. Everyone was very friendly and seemed genuine throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone

Considering the economy, I wasn't in a position to negotiate. However, the offer was completely reasonable and I didn't feel that I needed to negotiate.
